What Do You Use for Flea and Tick Prevention?

I get this question a lot! For flea and tick prevention, I prefer a natural approach and use a product called Vet’s Best. It’s a plant-based spray that’s safe for adult dogs and puppies 12 weeks and older.

I only apply it when we’re leaving the yard. Especially if we’re heading into wooded or grassy areas or headed out to pheasant hunt. I spray it lightly on their bodies and legs, avoiding the face entirely for safety. It’s an easy and gentle way to help protect them without harsh chemicals.
